Hello! Thanks for your interest in my custom artwork! I work very hard to make sure I get your order filled quickly. I want you to be completely satisfied with the finished product and will work with you throughout the process to minimize any surprises.
I would like to receive payment in full before I proceed in making your artwork to ensure I am dedicating my hours and supplies appropriately. If you would like to cancel an order and it has not been started, then I can issue a full refund; however, if work has already begun a partial refund will be issued depending on how far along the work has come. This is only done to recuperate costs of supplies and the amount of time spent.
If you would like to expedite shipping, please send me an email so we can discuss this further. All packages will be sent with insurance.
Please see the payment policy on refunds on cancelled orders. If you are not satisfied with your art please send an email describing why you are unsatisfied with your order. If you would like a refund, I will gladly issue one once I have received your return. Refunds will be given for the price of the order minus shipping. We will accept returns within one week after they have been received.
I reserve the right to take photos of each project as part of my portfolio. I may post it on social media or my website as part of advertising my products. If you take pictures or reproduce my work in anyway, please link to my Etsy store or refer to me in some way. I would really appreciate it!!
